Cancellation & Late Policy
We know life happens, but to keep everyone glowing on time, please read our policy:
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be moved to the next available tanner.
- If you book a time and do not cancel or reschedule at least 5 minutes before your appointment, one tan will be deducted from your package.
